RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to)
- Perform Post-Walk jobsite inspections after installation for quality control.
- Point person for field managers when a jobsite needs materials.
- Job site testing and measuring of substrates prior to installation to assure city codes and installation guidelines are met.
- Communicate with Field Managers and General Manager on the results of all Post Walk results and Inspections.
- Helping other team members when needed.
- Assist with monthly inventory counts of area warehouse(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to)
- Going to the Vendor Portal and acknowledging P.O.s & Notifications
- Download the documents (Cutsheet, Design, Selections, P.O.’s & Address Specific Plan)
- Create the house folder – adding POs and documents from the vendor portal
- Translate purchase orders into sales orders in RFMS
- Input information on to sundries calculator (excel doc) and transfer the information into sales orders
- Estimating
- Investigate/Remedy any issues or shortages
- PO Revision requests
- Any other administrative tasks associated with getting homes & folders ready for installation
- Attending company meetings (virtually & in person) as/when required
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Flawless fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or other relevant business experience.
- Experience with flooring and wall tile is an advantage.
- Experience with construction estimating or RFMS Measure software is an advantage.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience using RFMS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with customer service and interaction.
- Understand basic math skills to be used in pricing material, and costing orders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player.
- Willingness to learn.

- Point person for communication with customers in the field as well as installation crews.
- Coordinate last-minute or add-on materials or items, including entering purchase orders
